So, you've had a debrief on an incident, and you've got a bunch of actions that various teams need to follow-up on. I guess you've got to go to Shortcut, manually write them up, and keep an eye on how they've been prioritised over the next few weeks, right?

Wrong. Use our Shortcut integration to create and export those actions in a couple of clicks, and we'll keep tabs on them automatically for you.

Getting it set up 🤝

You can add Shortcut to incident.io in just a few clicks. To get started, head over to the Integrations section of your account settings page. Pressing "Connect" next to the Shortcut row will open a modal where you can enter your API token.

Getting an API token from Shortcut

You'll need to create an API token by heading to the settings page of your Shortcut account.

Click Generate token and call it "incident.io". Copy the key to your clipboard and head back to the integrations page.
